FAQ
Common questions
What does Fjer Stay do?
It runs daily operations: room status, arrivals and departures, housekeeping tasks, fault tickets and shift handover. On Pro and Complete, kitchen and bar day signals land here too. Bookings stay in your existing system.
Do I have to replace my booking system?
No. Stay runs alongside it. Keep using what you use today for bookings and invoicing.
Does it work on a phone?
Yes. Housekeeping and the kitchen are built for the phone, the front desk for a larger screen. Everyone sees the same data.
What if my staff don't speak Hungarian?
The interface is available in seven languages: Hungarian, English, German (including an Austrian variant), Croatian, Slovak, Romanian and Serbian. Everyone picks their own language.
Who sees what in the system?
Each department only sees its own work. Managers sign in with two-step login, and camera retention can be set.
Does the price depend on the number of rooms?
Not up to 40 rooms. Above that we make an individual offer – write to info@fjer.net.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no lock-in, and plans can be cancelled monthly.
