Do I need a separate app from the store?

No. Fjer Stay is an installable web app (PWA) at app.fjer.net — on iPhone via Safari, on Android via Chrome.

Is it the same as the desk computer?

Yes. Room rack, guest data and notifications come from one system — your phone is another screen for the same work.

How does a property get started?

Your manager registers at app.fjer.net. After approval the property gets a 14-day free trial — no credit card, one real site.

For property managers

Your team works from the same system on every phone.

Registration takes about ten minutes. After approval your front desk can sign in — we help with setup.
